Q4. What sort of floor do I need for the building? Depending on your site and the use of the building, Most of our garages have concrete floors . Baseline Sheds will be able to advise you on the options after a site visit to see the building area.
Q5. Can you build to a specific size? We can customise a plan to suit you, Unsure on size contact our friendly team for more information.
Q6. What about building near the sea? Building in the coastal zone may affect the warranty on your roofing and cladding. We can advise on the best products for your location.
Q7. What sort of garage doors do you offer? At Baseline Sheds, we only offer quality sectional and roller doors made by Garador, a well-known New Zealand brand.
Q8. What do Baseline Sheds buildings cost? Due to regional variances in the cost of materials and labour, the prices of Ideal buildings vary across the country. Baseline Sheds will be able to provide you an estimate or quote.
Q9. Can you handle everything for us? Yes, it is our preference to handle everything from consent to completion. We aim to make the build process as stress-free as possible for you.

With our accepted quotes, they will include payment terms. All payments must be made 7 days before kitset leaves our site.

Our kitsets will be delivered straight to your site. For our sheds that will included all steel framing, hardware, spouting and iron roofing and cladding, Ready for you to start.With our kitset homes delivery they will be in seperate stages 1. Steel framing delivered, including floor kit2. Roofing and cladding components 3. Windows and doors 4. All internal linings and insulation 5. All kitchen, bathroom, and other final finshes
